Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Spoiled Products:
- If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or spoiled items.
- Incorrect Items:
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect items.
- You can raise cancellations to us within 1hour of placing the order alone with the reason for cancellations. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 4 – 7 working days.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:
- Orders where the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect.
- Products not stored correctly upon delivery.
- Any issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
